Fire is conjured from areas of concentrated energy as are the visceral textures of Jon Mueller's confrontational live performances — teeming with shifting miniature aural activities.

Also playing that night was Illusion of Safety, presenting one of his many intense, aggressively undulating modular synth experiments, featuring impromptu guitar playing by Travis Bird . IOS should have a live double-cassette release within a couple months.
Mueller's cassette release on Notice Recordings, " Halves ", should be released in a few weeks, along with an as-yet-untitled C90 from Ben Owen.
